Introduction to Yoga
If you are new to yoga or need to rekindle your interest, this 6 week series is for you. Some yogic theory, pranayama (breathing) and basic yoga postures will be introduced. You will leave feeling healthier, more flexible and stronger. Ask any questions you maybe felt you couldn't in a traditional class. Explore and play in a supportive atmostphere and see that yoga is for every body.

Mother Daugher Yoga
Celebrate and connect to you mother - daughter relationship through yoga. This relationship is one of the most sacred we have. We will open and re-connect on the level of heart, bypassing words & ego. Explore postures individually as well as together. Have fun and de-stress.

Restorative Yin Yoga
Replenish, restore, and revive yourself through this nurturing style of yoga. Winter is a time to go inside. Yet, in this modern age of progress, we often find ourselves overly stimulated & stressed with the many demands that pull us off our center. This class will teach you new ways to replenish yourself and give you the opportunity to recharge each week during the cold and sometimes busy winter.
